The International Space Station passing in front of the sun over Greece (Photography)

The International Space Station (ISS) passing in front of the sun over Attica, Greece, 38km northeast of Athens, at 14:50:41 on the longest day of the year - the Summer Solstice, Sunday, June 21, 2020.

The ISS took half a second to pass across the sun. The 1st image is made from 4 separate single-exposures taken at Continuous Shooting (7fps). The 2nd image is one of the four single exposures I took.

The International Space Station is the size of a football field measuring roughly 109 meters by 73 meters. It orbits the Earth at 28,000 km/h (17,500 mph) and takes 90 minutes to complete a single orbit.
