"Sub-zero Sunset" (seen above) which i shot at the top of Panachaiko mountain in Patras, Greece on Jan 15, 2017, has been awarded a commendation in the Landscape & Nature category of the Open Competition at the 2018 Sony World Photography Awards of the World Photography Organisation. The image has been selected from 129,338 images entered from 210 countries & territories and it will be exhibited at the Somerset House in London as part of the 2018 Sony World Photography Awards Exhibition.

* Interestingly enough, "Windblown Sunset" (seen below) which i took from the same location in 2015, was among the top entries of the National Geographic Photo Contest 2015 and it was chosen by National Geographic as Photo of the Day.
